These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zinn Printing, LLC ("Zinn Printing," "we," "us," "our") website and your requests for quotes or print orders submitted through it, by phone, or by email. By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Zinn Printing provides commercial printing services including but not limited to copies, business cards, carbonless/NCR forms, signage, banners, apparel printing and embroidery, and related products. Prices listed on our website are starting prices for standard specifications and exclude tax. Final pricing for custom jobs is provided by quote.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request through our website does not guarantee availability, pricing, or turnaround time. All quotes are subject to confirmation by a Zinn Printing team member. Orders are not considered placed until confirmed in writing or by phone with our staff.
Payment
Prices exclude applicable tax. A 3% surcharge applies to credit card payments. A $3 minimum order applies. Payment terms for larger or recurring orders may be arranged separately.
Artwork & Print-Ready Files
Customers are responsible for ensuring submitted artwork is print-ready. Files should be submitted as PDF, with 0.125" of bleed on all edges for designs that print to the edge of the page. Zinn Printing is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork that was approved for print as submitted.
Turnaround & Rush Orders
Standard turnaround times vary by job and are communicated at the time of quote. Rush service is available for many jobs; availability and any rush fee depend on the specific job and current shop capacity.
Website Use
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation. Content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Zinn Printing, LLC unless otherwise noted.
Limitation of Liability
Zinn Printing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from printed materials, except as required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
